There are only a few steps required to establish an account.

This is simply your Administrative contact information, preferred login and security question. You will also provide Accounts Payable information for billing purposes.

Here, you will choose the Membership level and payment frequency and method depending on the number of Subscribers you'll have. You have the option of automatic annual or quarterly billing via credit card, or choose to receive an invoice instead. If you choose this option, you may start setting up your subscribers right away but you will not be able to launch alerts until the membership fee is received.

AMGAlerts is inexpensive. The annual price for small organizations with less than 100 Subscribers is only $500. For up to 500, the annual price is $750, and for up to 1,000, the annual price is $1,200. For 5,000 Subscribers and more, the annual price is approximately 50 cents per Subscriber.

Alerts are 2 cents for e-mail, 9 cents for Text, and 15 cents for Voice. Therefore, the price for launching alerts is dependent on the Launch Mode you use, and the Launch Control Panel tells you the anticipated price, by Category, for any mode you choose. We invoice for any alerts that you launch in any calendar month. If you have not launched any alerts, there is no invoice or billing. Unlike our competitors, we are a "pay as you go" system that gives you total control over your budget. With AMGAlerts, you don't pay for what you don't use!

You will see a Review screen that allows you to review all of your selections before submitting the final billing information. Just submit it and you'll be ready for the final step.

You now only need to determine how you will classify your Subscribers. Examples might be "Student", "Parent", "Faculty", or possibly "Office", "Plant", "Executive". You may have up to four categories specified.
